Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Atlas Glow purchase. Due to the nature of our product, we have specific guidelines for returns.

Unopened Items

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging

Opened Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
